Hi I am just starting to use this app and I think it is going to work for what I want. But I want my workout goal to be set to 4 days a week, but Im tracking how many minutes my workouts are. I tried 4 weekly and that wasnt right so I tried 120 and that number still isnt right. How do I track my goal of 4 days a week? Also for my daily weight. Is there a way to show average vs total? I dont need my weight totaled. Last question, I wanted to track movie watching for my boys but not so much time or money just how often. Can you add check or something like that to the track list? Thanks
