Not what it appeared to be
From reading about the app I thought I would be able to track what I wanted and keep notes. I just wanted to track the days I worked out and leave a note on what I did. You can not do that with this app, you must choose hrs, minutes, calories, etc. none of which are helpful. You are also unable to leave a long note where you could record a whole workout. The information about the app was very deceiving.
